Lizzie asks…Can I use my LCD TV stand mount on an LED TV?I have my LCD sitting on a TV stand with a universal mount. Will the same mounting system work on a Samsung LED?Andrew Sparkleman answers:LCD and LED (really "LCD with LED backlight") TVs use the same VESA mounting system. The part of the mount that actually couples to the TV is a plate with screw holes in a 200mm x 200mm square, or sometimes 150x200 If both sets have the same hole spacing, you're fine.
